We are looking for a Head Barista who will be at the heart of our coffee experience, ensuring every cup served reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and hospitality. In this role, you will lead our barista team with passion and expertise, inspiring them to deliver consistent, exceptional coffee and drinks while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the coffee station and barista team.
* Prepare exceptional coffee and drinks consistently & at pace.
* Train baristas and coach the FOH team on drink standards.
* Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organisation.
* Support great service with warmth and personality.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
* Confident and experienced using Eversys machines.
* Skilled in coffee extraction, milk texturing & drink presentation.
* Strong leadership & communication skills.
* Full-time availability (40 hours minimum per week).
* Passion for real food, great coffee, and sustainability.
