As a Product Manager in Digital Identity, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog, defining clear and actionable user stories, and prioritizing features that align with the group's business and technical objectives Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Works with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services Supports the rollout of modern authentication methods including passkeys, FIDO2, MFA, and federation standards including OIDC and SAML Monitors key performance indicators such as application and user adoption rates and communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders Champions identity best practices, drives platform adoption, and supports identity education and awareness across the organization Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in product management or a relevant domain area, with a focus on identity, security, or developing enterprise platforms Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and technologies (e.g., Federation / SSO, MFA, and entitlements) Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to translate technical concepts into business value Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving complex initiatives forward Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Working knowledge of authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ForgeRock) Prior experience supporting enterprise migrations or platform consolidation projects Exposure to zero-trust, decentralized identity, or emerging authentication models
