Your Role as Room Leader As the Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take ownership of your room’s daily operations—leading a team of practitioners to deliver a warm, enriching, and structured environment where children flourish. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading your room with confidence, care, and creativity * Creating and maintaining a safe, engaging space that supports children’s learning through play * Overseeing daily routines—meals, hygiene, naps—ensuring consistency and care * Planning and delivering age-appropriate, EYFS-aligned activities that support children’s development * Monitoring and tracking progress, identifying areas for support and celebration * Communicating effectively with parents/carers to keep them informed and involved * Supporting and mentoring junior staff, ensuring team cohesion and professional growth * Keeping detailed, accurate records of attendance, incidents, observations, and development ✅ What We're Looking For We’re seeking an energetic, motivated individual with a passion for early childhood education and proven leadership skills.
