Our client is a leading supplier of electronic control Panel manufacturing company with a growing presence across Europe.
Due to a combination of the implementation of s bold growth strategy and internal career progression they era now looking to appoint a Purchasing Manager with a view to moving to a wider Supply Chain role within a given time period.
This role offers a unique chance to shape the future supply chain strategy of a dynamic and innovative company.
The Role
* will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services essential for the production of complex engineered products.
* This will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and optimising inventory levels.
The Person
* Applicants should possess a strong background in purchasing within an engineering or manufacturing environment, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are paramount.
