Private junior chef – Private Estate, Ascot
We are looking for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Jr Sous Chef keen to move into the world of Private chef and UHNW families – to work for a prestigious private household in Ascot:
About the Role:
1. Salary of £40,000 per annum, full permanent job + TIPS + benefits
2. Free live-in private accommodation in a modern 1-bedroom en-suite cottage, just a 5-minute walk from work
3. Every Hour Paid – either as Overtime or Time Off in Lieu
4. Fully equipped 5-star hotel level kitchen
5. Catering for the family, banqueting, events, and more
6. Varied cuisines styles -European, Asian and most importantly Authentic Arabic cuisine and Indian knowledge is a required**
7. Excellent Head Chef to learn from and collaborate with
8. You must be keen to relocate to Ascot or live nearby*
The ideal Private chef must have a background within a fine-dining establishment – UHNW, 5* Hotels, or Private Members Club. Someone that wants to learn, work with fresh ingredients from scratch, and work with a nice and friendly switch-on Head Chef. Food standards are exceptionally high.
