Responsibilities
Join a supportive Community Learning Disabilities Team where flexibility, wellbeing, and professional growth are prioritised. Work from home a couple of days per week and balance work with personal or childcare commitments.
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities to achieve independence, wellbeing, and meaningful outcomes, using strengths-based, person-centred practice. You’ll conduct assessments, care planning, reviews, and work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.

Requirements
