Area Chef Manager – Liverpool – Full Time
Salary: £30,000 per annum Shift hours: Full Time.

Role purpose and scope: Ensure all contracts are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets. Drive central marketing and promotional activity to grow sales. Build strategic client relationships to ensure retention of contracts.
Responsibilities
* You will monitor, control financial performance and maintain costs within budgeted targets; ensure ordering and stock are within budget.
* Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and Client organisations.
* Ensure Company and Client standards, as well as financial targets, administration, compliance and reporting procedures, are carried out.
* Monitor and support your team; recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
* Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets and achievements.
* Work with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets and achieve and maintain food cost within the budget.
* Develop and evolve client services at locations, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are implemented.
* Comply with Company and statutory policies, procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
* Good chef skills (Essential)
* Good knowledge and experience of working with food
* People management
* Results orientation
* Proven experience in managing successful teams remotely
* Multi-site operational experience in a similar role
* Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
* Track record of growing sales and retaining business
* Foodservice or similar background
* Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
* Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
