Clinical Nursing Manager role at Linnaeus - Woodward Veterinary practice, Ashby-De-La-Zouch, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Organise and oversee patient flow on a day to day basis to ensure the most effective and efficient approach to the workload.
* Identify and improve the efficiency of the patient pathway from admission through to discharge while ensuring that practice policies and group policies are adhered to.
* Work with the leadership team to demonstrate an excellent work protocol in all nursing duties and take overall responsibility for a specific area of the practice.
* Coordinate nurse rotas and nurse holiday bookings.
* Lead nurse team meetings and participate in PBR with PM & Lead Vet.
* Take responsibility, with the PM and Lead Vet, for Practice Standards for the whole practice.
* Support nursing team Performance Development Reviews (PDRs).
Qualifications
* RVN with 2 years post-qualification experience and leadership experience.
* Excellent communicator, highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a busy practice.
* Commitment to high clinical standards and patient/client care.

Admin time is allocated within the working week to allow all admin tasks to be completed in work time alongside full clinical duties.
