In this role you will be overseeing a team of 10 on the shop floor to ensure smooth running of production. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and handling issues involving quality, cost, and personnel.

They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

The Role:
Overseeing production on the shop floor
Supervising a team of Production Operatives
Handling issues surrounding personnel, delivery or cost
Monday to Thursday 6am - 2:15pm, early finish Friday, 38.5 hours a week
