Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Monday to Friday - Mornings and Afternoons (2 week rotation)
Mornings: Monday to Thursday (6.15am to 3.00pm), Friday (6.15am to 2.45pm) and Saturdays (6.00am-11.00am) (Paid at x1.5) (Some flexibility around Saturdays for events, holidays, birthdays etc.)
Afternoons: Monday to Thursday (2.45pm-12.30am) (Fridays for overtime if you wish)
Pay: Up to £51,522 base + Overtime = earnings of £58k and upwards
Benefits: Annual pay reviews, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + the option to purchase 5 additional days subject to site availability. Pension 6% matched
Overview
Working on automated production line machinery we now require an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the electrical maintenance team. The company offer a wealth of training for the willing candidate to help you develop your skills and benefit the maintenance team onsite.
Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:
* To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
* Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
* PPM's
The ideal candidate / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
* Knowledge of safety circuits, Inverters, how relays operate, speed control systems
* Electrically qualified – Must be able to present these at interview – minimum Level 3 or apprentice trained.
Commutable from:
Ashbourne, Burton upon Trent, Belper, Derby, Matlock, Buxton and surrounding areas.
