This is a brilliant opportunity for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or those with an interest in youth support and development.
What the Role Involves:
* Assisting teachers with classroom delivery and student engagement
* Supporting students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help them reach their potential
* Aiding in the preparation of resources and classroom activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting the pastoral needs of pupils
* Gaining exposure to a variety of subjects and learning styles
Ideal Candidates Will:
* Hold a degree in any subject (Education or Psychology backgrounds are welcome but not required)
* Be enthusiastic, approachable, and keen to support young learners
* Show initiative and be willing to adapt to different classroom environments
* Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Be available full-time from September 2025

* Daily pay rates from £89 to £100 (based on experience)
