We are seeking a Procurement Manager to be responsible for the implementation of the procurement vision and strategy across the business. This will include ensuring policies, processes and procedures are implemented effectively to aid and improve operational performance, creating financial and operational benefits to the business.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 -17.30
Responsibilities:
* Implement and improve procurement policies, processes, and Group T&Cs
* Build strong supplier partnerships and lead sourcing, contracting, and negotiations
* Oversee Sourcing to Contract (S2C) activity and oversee the Procurement to Payment (P2P) process
* Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost, quality, and sustainability improvements
* Optimise procurement processes to drive innovation and operational excellence
* Provide accurate reporting and insight to track performance and savings
* Manage supplier performance, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure value and quality
* Support Group‑wide projects and review existing agreements to maximise commercial outcomes
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior procurement role within a complex organisation
* Working towards or have Level 6 Procurement qualification
* Strong communicator who builds effective relationships across the business
* Professional, adaptable, and confident in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, flexible, and solutions‑focused
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Committed to continuous improvement
* Able to travel within the UK (full driving licence)
* Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel
* Experience with procurement software is an advantage
