About the role As a Support Worker, youll be hands on, working with the young people and includes a range of duties. Youll need to be an excellent team player who is warm, caring, calm and resilient enough to cope with the complex emotional and behavioural needs of the young people supported. Please note that you must have a full, valid, manual driving licence. You will be required to work shifts. You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work.
