Our client is looking for a Lead Resourcer. You would essentially be researching potential clients using online tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, business directories, trade publications and of course AI) to gather company and contact information.These high-quality leads and prospects will include multiple international markets, including the UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. During induction you will of course be given a full brief of the type of companies which would be a good lead.Don't worry - you'll be fully briefed during induction on exactly what makes an ideal lead. Once you've sourced them, you'll pass the leads along to the business development teams to take things forward. No cold calling, no client pitching - this is pure research. Think of it as strategic intelligence gathering.Tasks:Assess potential fit and value of prospects based on industry sector, geography, size, and role in the lifting equipment supply chain.Record findings and prospect intelligence into our CRM system, ensuring data is clean, organised, and actionable.Qualify prospects through desk-based research and initial outreach (if required).Provide weekly reporting on lead generation activity and progress. Ideal Candidate:Strong research skills and familiarity with business databases.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple lead generation projects simultaneously.Confident communicator with a clear and professional manner.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Experience using CRM systems.Knowledge of or interest in sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, or heavy industry is a bonus. Contract Details:Temporary assignment: 3 monthsRemote work setup (if required but must live local) Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 3pm on Friday. 30 minutes for lunch
