What to expect
The Lead Business Analysis role is a member of the Transformation & Portfolio Office Team, responsible for the development and delivery of functional strategies, role modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Lead Business Analyst role will be responsible for undertaking business analysis within the Post Office's Transformation Programme. They will translate customer requirements into clear specifications, taking an enterprise-wide view across the organisation.
They will lead and task manage other business analytical resources on projects, taking responsibility for the production of business requirements and process analysis/design within the more complex projects or programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have substantial experience delivering Business Analysis in a complex Transformation Programme. In addition you will possess:
* Experience leading and driving change aligned to functional and business strategies
* Substantial experience convening multiple stakeholders and through successful relationships, leading key cross-functional projects to drive results across the organisation
* Strong commercial business acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions
* An empowering manager who can speak with knowledge, authority, and confidence in their subject matter, guiding their team toward success
* Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to achieve key objectives
* Knowledgeable in Lean, Agile and BPR methodologies and approaches
* Ideally MSP and Lean Six Sigma
