Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant – Darlington Location: Darlington | Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Role (funding dependent) £90–£100 per day (depending on experience) A supportive and inclusive school in Darlington is seeking a skilled and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. This is a long-term role supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, with the contract length determined by external funding. This position is ideal for a TA who’s confident working 1:1 or in small groups, experienced with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs, and understands the importance of patience, structure, and emotional safety in the classroom.
