Energy Account Manager Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days in office) Full-time (Monday-Friday) Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) A growing, purpose-driven utilities organisation is looking for an experienced Energy Account Manager to join its Customer Operations team, managing key B2B clients and delivering outstanding service. The Role: Act as the main contact for strategic B2B customers and partners Manage queries end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Produce regular customer reports and insights Lead client review meetings and maintain strong relationships What We're Looking For B2B customer service or account management experience within the Energy industry Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities Confident using Excel What's in it for you?
