* Position: Support Worker / SEN Teaching Assistant (LSA)

* Qualification: SEN experience (able to provide personal care)

This is a full-time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday to Friday inline with school hours.
Please note that this role is unable to offer any Sponsorship at this time.
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Educations child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references. A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.

Responsibilities
* Support clients with daily activities, hobbies, and community integration.
* Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including assistance with toileting.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
* Foster a safe, positive, and empowering environment for all clients.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities is desirable.
* Knowledge of care planning systems and keyworking principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to use your own initiative.
* Good IT skills for documentation and record-keeping.
* A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.

* Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
* Ability to engage with, and build rapport with the students.
* Be creative, proactive and flexible in your supporting style.
* Have experience with SEND or knowledge of learning difficulties.
