Job Summary...
You will support the Logistics team by being on hand to assist in delivery driver cover, actively increasing customer satisfaction by delivering their orders in an efficient manner.

How you will make a difference...
* Ensure all deliveries and collections are carried out efficiently, promptly and in accordance with your route plan.
* Establish first class communication with all clients regarding their deliveries and collections.
* Make sure the end customers experience is aligned to hib standards.
* Manage and take responsibility for all relevant delivery/ collection paperwork.
* Report into the fleet office at the end of every shift where possible. This is to ensure we have all paperwork for any deliveries/collections that have failed.
* Complete all driving records where required.
* Strictly adhere to health & safety practices, road safety regulations, manual handling practices and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Report any road traffic collisions or vehicle damage/faults as soon as they occur.
* Take responsibility to ensure your vehicle is clean at all times, that maintenance checks have been completed accordingly.
Experience / Attributes;...
* A flexible attitude to your work.
* Adaptability, versatility and a 'can do' attitude as your duties will be varied.
* Excellent time management skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A sound understanding of customer satisfaction and expectations
