This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with a strong foundation in contentious trusts and probate work, looking to step into a key position within a growing department.
The work will involve:
* Acting on a range of matters including challenges to the validity of Wills, inheritance disputes, trustee and estate disputes, and tax related matters.
* Managing cases with confidence and minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with the firm’s Private Client team.
* Introducing new clients to the firm and actively growing your own caseload.
* Identifying and attending relevant networking opportunities to enhance the profile of the practice.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and referrers.
What they are looking for:
* A solicitor with a min of 5 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters.
* Commercially astute, with proven ability to combine excellent client service with business development.
* Confident handling complex and sensitive disputes, ideally with knowledge of related tax considerations.
* A strong communicator with a collaborative and collegiate approach.
* Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the growth and strategic plans of the firm.
