Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver student recruitment, marketing and communications for the School of Business and Management.
* Produce and manage web content, social media, email communications, print and digital media, and events.
* Support student recruitment activities and contribute to marketing and communications for a variety of audiences.
* Use a content management system for web content and a customer relationship management system to create and send email communications.
* Manage social media channels and create engaging content across multiple media.
* Apply photo and video editing skills to support marketing initiatives.
* Problem‑solve and make independent decisions while collaborating with a small, specialist marketing team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing or communications with an understanding of marketing strategies.
* Experience developing web content using a CMS and creating/sending email communications via a CRM.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder trust.
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in photo and video editing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm, energy, and alignment with Queen Mary values.
* Knowledge and experience in UK higher education is an advantage.
