Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert pharmaceutical care as a core member of the Oncology Team, promoting safe and effective medication use
* Conduct detailed medication reviews and authorisations specifically for oncology patients
* Design and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Stay updated with national oncology guidelines, drug protocols, and new treatment developments
* Provide clinical advice to colleagues on complex cases related to oncology pharmacotherapy
* Participate in regular professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge in oncology practice
Requirements
* Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Master’s degree in Pharmacy
* Substantial NHS experience, particularly in oncology settings, is essential
* A valid driving licence, as the role may involve travel between healthcare sites
