About Thrive Alternative Provision
Aspire Education Pathway is a part-time, specialist alternative provision supporting young people aged 11–16 who have been excluded from or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. Many of our learners present with SEND, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
Operating from our site in Walsall, we offer a therapeutic, trauma-informed learning environment that blends academic and vocational education with emotional regulation and mentoring support. Our aim is to re-engage young people in their learning journey and support sustained positive outcomes.

You will be working with small groups of learners (typically 4–6 per group), supported by a strong pastoral and mentoring team.
