You will oversee the maintenance and servicing of plant and vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability, while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in line with company policies and procedures.This role would suit a Workshop Manager or similar with a background in engineering or similar looking for an autonomous role with a chance to manage your own team of engineers.The Role:
* Lead and motivate a team of workshop engineers, monitoring performance, setting objectives, and providing support to ensure high standards of productivity and workmanship.
* Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of plant and vehicles
* Drive a strong health, safety, quality, and environmental culture by implementing company procedures and carrying out regular workplace inspections and audits.
* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The Person:
* Service Engineer from an agricultural, plant machinery, or similar
* Commutable to Ludlow
* Workshop Manager or similar
