Hays is recruiting for an experienced Solution Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects within a large‑scale transformation environment. This is an opportunity for a seasoned architecture leader who thrives on driving strategy, shaping technical direction, and guidingplex solution design across enterprise‑level programmes.
Your new role
You will head up a team of Solution Architects, ensuring architectural consistency, quality, and alignment to the organisation’s wider technology roadmap. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across both technology and the business, providing clear leadership,ernance, and direction across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor and manage a team of Solution Architects.
2. Translate business strategy into scalable, robust and secure technology solutions.
3. Oversee architectural design and integration across multiple programmes.
4. Maintain architectural standards, frameworks andernance models.
5. Provide senior technical leadership from discovery through to delivery.
6. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
7. Act as the bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
8. Support resource and capacity planning for the architecture function.
What you'll need to succeed
9. 10+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture, including leadership roles.
10. Expertise across architecture frameworks and solution‑design methodologies.
11. Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), microservices and API‑led design.
12. Proven success leading architecture withinplex, multi‑project environments.
13. Excellentmunication and stakeholder‑management skills.
14. Relevant certifications (, Azure Solutions Architect) wee.
15. Salesforce experience highly advantageous; Oracle Fusion experience desirable.
