We’re looking for a driven, hands-on marketer to join our wholesale business, someone who enjoys working at pace, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality work that makes a real impact.
From weekly campaigns to major seasonal activity, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing to life across both B2B and B2C channels.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on execution, organisation, and consistency - producing high-quality campaigns, content, and communications.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and drive activity forward independently - this is not a support role.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Delivery & Content
* Own the delivery of weekly and periodic marketing activity across multiple channels
* Produce a high volume of marketing materials including:
* Weekly Newsletters and customer communications
* Leaflets adverts, and trade brochures
* Retail POS and in-store marketing materials
* Create engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
* Design content using Canva (or similar tools) across B2B and B2C audiences
* Develop campaign messaging and creative concepts aligned to commercial plan
* Use AI tools to support content creation, improve efficiency, and enhance output
* Support the creation of presentations, event materials, and supplier communications
* Edit short-form video content for social platforms and support the development of longer-form content (e.g. podcast clips and marketing videos)
Campaign Development & Innovation:
* Play a key role in driving upcoming marketing campaigns – generating fresh ideas that increase sales and excite both our suppliers and retailers across our symbol groups
* Contribute creatively to campaign planning, bringing energy and innovation on how we go to market
* Identify new ways to engage customers and maximise campaign impact
Coordination, Quality & Execution:
* Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaign timelines simultaneously
* Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Trading, Operations) to deliver campaigns
* Brief and manage external designers, printers, and suppliers where required
* Review all output to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
* Ensure all marketing materials and delivered on time and to a high standard
* Maintain strong communication and visibility across stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role with hands-on delivery responsibility
* Proven experience producing marketing materials across digital and print
* Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Experience working across B2B and/or retail marketing environments (preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of Canva (or similar design tools)
* Experience creating social media content, including short-form video
* Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and efficiency
* Excellent attention to detail; able to produce accurate, high-quality work
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders and external partners
* Commercial awareness — understanding how marketing supports business objectives
