About The Team / Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role will provide actionable insights to business leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving overall financial performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact
* Develop, maintain, and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
* Analyse financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations against budgets and forecasts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
* Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
* Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of board reports, management meetings, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous data validation and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Experience in financial planning and analysis or related financial roles.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools, Anaplan is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
