Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary industrial vacancies as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
2. Win new clients and maintain/develop existing relationships.
3. Support the current team and management.
4. Research market trends and stay up-to-date.
5. Source and meet new candidates through advertising and networking events.
6. Maintain regular contact with candidates.
7. Advertise on job boards and social media.
8. Ensure high standards of service.
9. Screen and interview candidates, perform compliance checks.
10. Match candidates to vacancies.
11. Attend sales and service meetings to maximize growth and sales margin.
Requirements
1. Experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally in the industrial sector; career-minded, hardworking, and driven.
2. Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
3. Monday to Friday working, with potential for one day per week from home.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Passion and desire to succeed.
6. Well connected.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
