Compliance Administrator - Property Management Department
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to support their busy Property Management team in managing regulatory and safety compliance across their property portfolio.
This role involves coordinating safety certifications such as Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, EICRs, and arranging various property inspections. The position also includes general administrative support across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage appointments for gas safety, EPC, and EICR inspections
* Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure timely compliance
* Maintain accurate records of all compliance documentation
* Support the property management team with routine administrative tasks
* Handle email and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Candidate Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administrative role (essential)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding items
* No property experience required - full training will be provided
