Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Urban Design team in our Cambridge office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work-sponsored Visas.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject.
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will be working closely with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
