Business Development Representative (BDR) – Microsoft Practice
Location: Hybrid (London)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 base + commission + benefits (£80,000+ OTE)

We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the Microsoft Practice. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, setting up qualified meetings, and supporting the wider sales team in executing go-to-market strategies.
This role reports directly into a highly experienced and hands-on Sales Director who’s passionate about developing talent and driving structured, repeatable sales success. You’ll be part of shaping and executing the sales playbook, gaining first-hand experience in a high-impact team.
What we’re looking for:
* Prior experience in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B tech environment preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset
* Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and uncover customer challenges
* A genuine interest in Microsoft technologies and the value they offer businesses
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Microsoft Partner
* Understanding of Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, or modern workplace technologies
