We are seeking a newly qualified GP to join us under the ARRS funding scheme for 4 sessions per week (negotiable). This is an exciting opportunity for a GP at the start of their career to gain experience in a supportive and well-structured practice environment.

Main Duties
The post-holder will undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone and video consultations, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, and handling queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. They will make professional, autonomous decisions regarding presenting problems (self-referred or referred from other health care workers) and assess health needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.

Job Responsibilities
ARRS Scheme Salaried General Practitioner. The post-holder will practice in accordance with accepted good medical practice and the Service policies, and will undertake duties including surgery, telephone and video consultations, home visits, repeat prescriptions, and data recording for audits. They will contribute to governance, QOF, enhanced services, CPD, and maintain up-to-date clinical protocols. The role includes prescribing within formulary guidelines and ensuring patient safety and quality standards; and supporting team governance and service development.
Other responsibilities include contributing to service development, complying with practice policies, participating in training and audits, and attending team meetings.
Quality and Safety
The post-holder will support quality and risk management, assess performance, manage time and resources effectively, and ensure safe prescribing practices aligned with NICE guidance and BNF.

* GMC Registration (Essential)
* Newly qualified within 2 years of qualification and not held a salaried GP post since qualification (Essential)
