We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is tenacious, driven, and passionate about hiring top talent. This is a fast-paced role where the right person can truly make their mark, shaping recruitment strategies and driving best practices.
Reporting to the Head of Colleague Experience, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, leading the recruitment function whilst coaching and developing a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure a proactive and high-quality hiring process.
Key Accountabilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager
* Collaborate with hiring managers and people teams to develop and interpret the recruitment plan in line with the local people plan and broader business goals.
* Manage applicants and candidate information consistently to ensure a positive applicant experience.
* Facilitate recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, interviewing, and role offers to fill vacancies efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Utilise diverse sources to attract talent, build a network, and develop a pipeline for critical roles.
* Organise assessment centres, open days, and participate in external job fairs to position IPN as an employer of choice.
* Coach hiring managers and teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
* Maintain candidate and recruitment data, produce metrics, and generate talent acquisition reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner, or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
* Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with attention to detail.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
* Passion for employer branding and providing an excellent candidate experience.

* Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire (Hybrid - 3 days on site)
* Salary: Competitive
* 15% annual bonus scheme
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
