This is a full‑time, permanent on‑site role, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £40,000–£45,000. The position also includes a structured development plan, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career progression. We are currently seeking a customer-focused and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager at our Sheffield site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some well-known, household fashion brand in a role where your efforts will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and long-term success. As our Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring smooth communication, effective coordination and the successful delivery of services in line with customer agreements. Your ability to build trust, manage expectations and proactively address challenges will be key to maintaining a strong, productive relationship with the client. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met, and that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage customer expectations confidently and professionally, always staying aligned with agreed service levels Take ownership of invoice controls, ensuring all processes and materials are captured accurately and on time, as agreed with each customer Represent the business in customer meetings both on-site and off-site, building strong relationships and driving engagement Deliver clear, insightful monthly reports that break down KPIs and SLAs, backed by solid data analysis Keep site operations fully informed with clear, accurate instructions that empower them to perform at their best Work closely with the Site Planning Manager to ensure resource planning is aligned with customer forecasts and operational needs Skills, Knowledge & Expertise You've worked in a similar role before, juggling multiple customers and keeping things running smoothly Comfortable using IT systems to pull data, input info, and keep things up to date You’re a strong communicator — whether it’s over email, phone, or face-to-face, you get the message across You know your way around warehouse processes and understand the day-to-day of the operations Experience in a 3PL environment is a big plus Job Benefits At Advanced, your journey begins with a warm welcome and a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to set you up for success from day one.
