The Role
* Working as part of a close-knit, respected employment law team on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Handling a varied caseload including:
* Employment Tribunal litigation
* TUPE and redundancy projects
* Unfair dismissal and discrimination issues
* Senior exits and restrictive covenant disputes
* Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Acting primarily for employers across sectors including SMEs, charities, and larger corporates.
* Involvement in business development activities such as webinars, newsletters, and client updates.
* Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and mentoring from experienced practitioners.
You
* A qualified solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in employment law.
* Strong understanding of key employment law principles and confidence in handling client matters.
* Excellent communication and drafting skills, with a focus on clear and commercial advice.
* A proactive, ambitious individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen to contribute to the firm’s growth through networking, client development, and thought leadership.
* Above all, you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a long-term career in employment law.
