About the Role
At Halfords, we are looking for a Centre Manager who will play a vital role in leading the team to success, providing an excellent customer journey, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience
* Leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging, motivational, coaching-based approach to team development
* Experience with compliance standards, including Health and Safety
* High sales turnover and KPI management experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* Valid driving license
