We're currently looking for a Slicing Operator to join our site in Redruth.
As a Slicer Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and hygiene regulations.

Key Information:
* Competitive Rates of Pay
* Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
* Shift: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 05:30 am - 14:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Visually examine and pack bacon items to customer specifications
* Sort, weigh, and slice meat to required standards
* Pack meat into trays and containers ready for dispatch
* Ensure all labels and documentation are correct
* Reject, record, and dispose of unsuitable or non-conforming product
* Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times
* Work in compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
* Support continuous improvement through problem-solving and quality feedback
* Follow 'Safe Systems of Work' and customer standards
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in food production or factory line work (preferred)
* Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety awareness
* A team player with a willingness to learn and be trained
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Ability to follow processes and work at pace
* Reliable and safety-conscious
