This senior client-facing role combines strategic development, financial management, and operational leadership to ensure first-class results and strong client relationships. As Account Director within Facilities, youll lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance. Youll manage multi-million-pound P&Ls, oversee contract compliance, and align service delivery with strategic business objectives. Working closely with clients and internal teams, youll identify growth opportunities, implement best practices, and drive innovation. Regular client meetings, performance reviews, and negotiations will be key to maintaining high standards and achieving business targets. As an Apleona Facilities Account Director, were looking for: IOSH Directing Safely or equivalent Proven experience managing hard and soft FM services within a multi-site environment Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams and deliver results under pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders knowledge of employee relations and employment law Must have UK driving license and access to personal vehicle Why join us?
