My client, who are part of a small group of unique and individual family run hotels, a Country Club, and luxurious Spa, is currently looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager to work at its historic seaside Hotel. The Hotelis situated close to the beach front in Suffolk and offers peace and relaxation in stylish and cosseting surroundings. The Role: They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence across all departments. Salary: £32,000.00 per annum Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Oversee front-of-house, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to optimize profitability. Implement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
