If successful, you will play a key role within the Marketing department, supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy and ensuring the PWS brand continues to grow across multiple channels.

How we will support you:
At PWS, our managers and supervisors actively work with their team to ensure every member feels supported and valued through dedicated and regular performance and development reviews. We truly believe in developing and championing our staff and are committed to helping every individual reach their full potential.
Your typical day will look like:
* Managing and updating PWS’ LinkedIn account, creating engaging social media posts using Adobe Express or similar.
* Maintaining and updating PWS websites with fresh content and product updates.
* Managing monthly email signature campaigns using Adobe and Microsoft Exclaimer.
* Writing compelling copy for social posts, e-shots, blogs, case studies, promotional material, proposals, and reports, aligned with our tone of voice.
* Scheduling and sending newsletters and transactional emails via HubSpot.
* Conducting competitor, industry, product, market, and customer research, reporting findings to support marketing strategy.
* Generating and qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) using Cognism and other data sources; compiling and maintaining lead lists to support the telemarketing team.
* Tracking and reporting marketing KPIs, updating metrics via Geckoboard, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
* Coordinating product photo shoots and taking photography (ghost mannequin and lifestyle) using DSLR and studio equipment.
* Providing general administrative support to the marketing team.
You will have:
* Degree or diploma in Traditional/Digital Marketing (or related field).
* A basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
* Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
* Experience editing websites (WordPress or similar).
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* 1+ years working in a marketing role is desirable.
