Finisher / Snagger
We are seeking an experienced Finisher/Snagger to support the delivery of high-quality new build homes at our Bardney site in Lincolnshire. This is an immediate start role with a reputable SME developer known for high standards and attention to detail.
Location: Bardney, Lincolnshire
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing all final finishing works on internal and external areas of new build homes
* Working through snag lists issued by site management, NHBC, or customer care representatives
* Ensuring homes are completed to the highest standard before handover to buyers
* Rectifying any defects, cosmetic issues, or outstanding trades works
* Carrying out minor repairs, such as painting, silicone, patch plastering, carpentry fixes, and door/window adjustments
* Communicating progress with the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Maintaining a clean and professional working environment in finished plots
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in snagging/finishing roles on residential new builds
2. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
