We are seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in the NSL brand of Marston Holdings Ltd. The role involves daily briefings, handling escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public, tracking KPIs, and performing on‑floor duties such as patrolling public car parks and streets, advising the public, and issuing tickets for incorrectly parked vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers.
* Conduct daily briefings and follow‑up training sessions.
* Handle escalated queries from staff and the public.
* Track and report on key performance indicators.
* Patrol public car parks and streets, advise the public, and issue parking tickets.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Previous supervisory or management experience.
* Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
* Self‑motivated, able to work outdoors and shifts.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
