You'll be the go-to expert, delivering engaging training sessions, building communities of digital champions, and driving adoption of powerful tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.What You'll Do
* Design and deliver tailored training programs across the M365 suite, with a focus on core applications.
* Promote best practices and innovative ways of working using M365 tools.
* Build and support communities of practice to share learning and foster collaboration.
* Work closely with digital, transformation, and ICT teams to guide staff toward smarter, more efficient workflows.
Proven experience in developing and delivering M365 training.
* Strong track record of driving technology adoption and measuring impact.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities and features.
* Excellent communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
