The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating care schedules and managing rotas
* Matching carers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability
* Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries
* Communicating with clients, families, and professionals
* Responding to changes, emergencies, and last-minute cover
* Ensuring accurate records and compliance with care standards
* Supporting the Registered Manager with administrative tasks

* Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care environment (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* A calm, flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
