Job Description
Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on Senior Interims within the Qualified Social Work (QSW) division. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in recruiting for professional care roles across the public and private sectors, including local authorities and NHS private care companies. You will be instrumental in delivering quality, consultative recruitment services and becoming a market expert and thought leader in the sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
Building Relationships with Current Clients:
* Develop close working relationships with senior level clients to understand their recruitment needs.
* Understand the specific requirements of clients' roles to maximise success ratios when placing candidates.
* Manage client expectations effectively by understanding their recruitment processes and timelines.
* Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of clients.
Matching Vacancies to Candidates:
* Match candidates' skills, experience, and goals closely with available roles.
* Promote client vacancies using online advertising and social media in line with brand guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and fill vacancies according to agreed timescales and Service Level Agreements.
Candidate Management:
* Accurately record all recruitment-related data using internal databases.
* Manage candidates' expectations regarding clients' processes and gain their commitment.
* Produce ad-hoc reports as required and match suitable positions for candidates swiftly.
Sourcing Candidates:
* Attract new candidates through effective marketing activities.
* Proactively source candidates using databases, online tools, networking, and other methods.
* Evaluate candidates' skills and career goals to ensure the best match.
* Prepare candidates thoroughly before submitting them for vacancies to enhance their chances of success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sourcing high-level, senior, and executive interim candidates.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Ambition to become a thought leader and market expert in the care sector.
* Experience working to targets and deadlines in a recruitment environment.
* Organised and meticulous to ensure high compliance.
* A keen interest in the Care sector.
