The Role :
Deliver a comprehensive and efficient customer-focused service for Town & Country residents who are unable to remain in their current home and consequently need to be decanted or rehoused on either a temporary or a permanent basis.
Manage and support a caseload of households who are required to move, working in close collaboration with other teams, contractors and suppliers and external agencies as required.
