I currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Home Manager to establish and run a brand new luxury Home in Dartmouth. This bespoke, 60 bedded Home is catered to promote lavish living: with high-quality dining, beautiful grounds and facilities, person-centred care and much more.
We are seeking a Registered Manager with proven Senior Management experience in a Care setting, with the ability to demonstrate:
* Leadership & strategic vision: Establish a strong culture and set clear goals for the Home's launch and growth
* Project & operational management: Oversee all aspects of staffing, equipment, policies, systems and readiness for registration
* Regulatory compliance & quality assurance: Ensure full CQC compliance, implement safe practices and maintain high care standards
* Team recruitment & development: Recruit, train and retain a motivated team committed to person-centred care
* Financial & business acumen: Manage budgets, occupancy targets, cost control and supplier contracts effectively
* Marketing & community engagement: Build the Home's reputation, promote services locally, and drive initial occupancy
* Communication & stakeholder management: Foster open communication with staff, families, professionals and regional leaders
The Home Manager package includes:
