You will work on a rotational basis across Charing Cross, Hammersmith, and St Mary\'s Hospitals, three prominent clinical and speciality sites in London.

Main duties of the job
* To provide medicine information and to dispense and supply medicines.
* To provide clinical pharmacy services, department and ward based in line with the Trust procedures, national guidance and government legislation.
* To provide out-of-hours services according to rota (see Residents Guidelines, attached to job description, for further information).

Person specification
Education / Qualifications (Essential):
* Master\'s Degree in Pharmacy
* Member of General Pharmaceutical Council
Experience (Essential):
* One year\'s pre-registration training
* Minimum of 6 months\' pharmacy work experience in UK hospital setting
* Ability to appropriately recommend, substantiate and communicate therapeutic options for patients
* Demonstrable use of clinical audit to improve practice
Skills/knowledge/abilities (Essential):
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good ability to organise and prioritise work
* Ability to influence senior pharmacy and medical staff, the multidisciplinary team and management
* Awareness of and commitment to the Clinical Governance agenda
