Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of this role is to manage, cleanse, enrich, and maintain our CRM database of over 120,000 customers, ensuring it remains accurate, compliant, and fit for business use. The CRM Data Executive will support business growth by enabling high‑quality reporting, targeted marketing campaigns, and insightful analytics through well‑structured and reliable data.
The role also contributes to improving data standards, identifying opportunities for automation, and enhancing overall CRM performance to support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
What you’ll do
* Manage end‑to‑end approval and contact quality validation of records for clients registering via the website and those manually uploaded by the business.
* Troubleshoot record and sync anomalies between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer record GUIDs.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to missing customer data, failed data syncs, and stuck shopping carts.
* Process and maintain marketing suppression requests by updating records for unsubscribed contacts.
* Share regular CRM insights, performance reports, and data‑driven recommendations with business teams.
* Build high‑performing marketing lists and customer segments within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive targeted engagement and revenue‑generating campaigns.
* Support CRM governance by enforcing data standards, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal hygiene standards.
* Execute scheduled CRM cleansing, deduplication, and updates for both client and company records.
What we’re looking for
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Customer Insights, specifically in creating Advanced Finds.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as Outlook and use of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation).
* Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues, system sync errors, and inconsistencies across platforms.
* Strong problem‑solving skills to investigate data discrepancies, sync errors, and missing customer information.
* High attention to detail for contact validation, suppression list management, and data hygiene tasks.
* Good understanding of customer data privacy and marketing compliance requirements (CRM governance, GDPR and scheduled data cleansing processes).
* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Dotdigital (desirable but not essential).
* Self‑starter comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
