The role is a full time one located in Cambridge for the position of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will work closely with our Regional Branch Director.
Key Responsibilities
* daily operations, staff management, optimising stock, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction
* Leading from the front to grow sales and to achieve and enhance profit targets
* Building strong lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
* Supporting and developing your team to deliver excepional service
* Championing a culture of accountability, service excellence and strong reliable values
* Marketing your branch to attract new business and boost brand reputation
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
* A proven sales and customer service expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
* Skills in stock management, supply chain coordination, customer service and operational efficiency
* Proficiency in planning, organization, and problem-solving
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in a sales led or branch leadership role, ideally in B2B or trade enviroments
* Proficiency in IT systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
